Timing Belt Y GT2, Printrbot Simple V2

Introducing a GT2 timing belt conversion for the Printrbot Simple's Y axis. This upgrade is compatible with V2 designs (with or without string tension). It includes a fan mount to work with an aluminum extruder upgrade. The conversion uses a GT2 belt and pulley instead of MXL, and 608 bearings rather than R2. However, some modification of the wood Y axis part is necessary for the pulley to pass through, only for assembly purposes. After assembly, the pulley should clear the stock slot during operation. Benefits include GT2 tooth form and common 608 bearings. Drawbacks are that the upgrade requires modifying stock wood parts and has a small motor shaft engagement distance, which limits belt tension to prevent potential damage to the pulley. For those who need assistance printing these parts, they can be ordered online from Shapeways at http://shpws.me/rbxt. This conversion is marked as a work in progress, so feedback is appreciated. Revisions include shortening the motor plate by 2mm, adding a wrench notch for pulley access, and modifying bearing pilot lengths on the motor plate and tie bar. The design has also been updated to accommodate both V2 versions with or without string tension devices. Additionally, BeltEndBlockGT2Rear and BeltEndBlockGT2Front-Fan have been added for those using early 2014 versions of the Simple model with side-mounted fans. For post-Jan. 15, 2014 machines with fan mounting included in the Y plate, use BeltEndBlockGT2Front-2014.
