I fabricated these spacers to resolve the loose belt dilemma that occurs during hand belt tensioner installation on an Ender3/Ender3Pro. I conceived this solution before even receiving the belt tensioner, and it worked flawlessly for me with a single 1/4". The .STL file also includes a 1/2" spacer in case someone needs extra tension on their belt. These spacers seamlessly integrate into the printer design. They are uncomplicated, user-friendly, and truly awesome.
