This is only a makeshift alternative https://www.reddit.com/r/VORONDesign/comments/t7mi36/gt2_80t_pulley_6mm_belt_for_voron24_zdrive_diy/ Non Printed parts needed: * 5 x M3x8mm flathead screw (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4001338395909.html) * GT2 20 tooth pulley 6-7mm width with removed cap (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4001338395909.html) (You can remove the caps yourself very easily) This 80teeth belt pulley for 6mm belts is a cheaper alternative to the relatively expensive full aluminum pulleys like https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32783298317.html This pulley needs a beheaded aluminum/metal GT2 20 tooth pulley as a core element. It will be fixed with 5 M3x8mm flathead screws. I use these for my voron 2.4 z drive idlers. (The pulley from reddit that served as inspiration pully from the reddit thread does not fit in the voron z drive.) ~~I will report on durability when they have some more duty hours on my printer :)~~ See hint above I would suggest to print these in ASA or ABS and 100% infill. I would not recomment using PETG or PLA. They will be under heavy duty and any flex will result in weird behaviour.
