Here are four versions of a pulley style with GT2 20 Teeth and a 5mm inner hole diameter. Version v01 features a circular hole while version v02 has a flat side on them. Files named "Tolerances" have a tolerance range of 0.1 to 0.2 mm for the teeth and inner hole. Test which one works best for you, with an outer diameter of 16mm, teeth width at 7mm, and a total piece height of 15.8mm. Let me know how these versions perform for you; I'll consider uploading more variations if needed. PS: Print these pulleys in high resolution and, if possible, use a nozzle size of 0.3mm or smaller for optimal results.
