Timex IronMan Digital Watch

This is my OLD (9 yrs old) Timex watch. This solid model I offer as an homage to the longest lasting digital watch I've ever owned. The reason is that it has a crystal of actual GLASS - not acrylic like they usually are. The reason I threw out any of my previous digital watches was that the plastic crystal quickly becomes scratched, cloudy, and going in the direction of translucent rather than transparent, making those inferior watches eventually too difficult to read. This one is glass, and as everyone knows, glass is way harder than plastic, hence QUITE scratch-resistant. Makes the watch last too long, I'm sure, for Timex- I don't believe they've ever repeated that "mistake"Th wrist band is not the original one- the watch has outlasted 2 of them, so this is the third one.I carefully measured up the old thing with digital calipers, then put a ridiculous amount of detail into the model. This model is very close to the actual watch, shape/detail/feature & Size-wise. Metric units. SW 2015
