Timelapse slider for action camera

Timelapse Slider Project As the next step in accessorizing my Sony FDR 3000, I decided to create a timelapse slider. Here's an example of how it works: The slider is made up of just a few mechanical parts with no electronics inside and can be easily disassembled for transport in a bag. The camera carriage is pulled by a rope that is wound up by the timelapse timer. Check out the photographs below for more details. Required Parts 1. Timelapse rotating timer 6. Bearings 683ZZ 2. 10x10x360 mm rods (can be aluminum, graphite, or any other material with a smooth surface) 6. M3x16 screws 18. M3 nuts Note For an updated version of this slider, click here.
