Time Lapse Pan Motor (Kitchen Timer)
thingiverse
Greetings! I've been experimenting with TimeLapse on my iPhone and today, created a pan system using a Kipa Mall Tesco Kitchen Timer. This timer rotates 360 degrees for an hour, costing $2.50. Removing the clock is simple - just pull the top of the egg, remove the bottom, and unscrew the screw. I designed a base plate with a standard tripod thread (1/4 inch) to mount it on any tripod. The iPhone 4/4S holder is part of the design, but if using an iPhone 5, add 1-2mm spacer (paper, sponge, etc.). Due to its original function as a clock, it operates like one!
