A digital clock with vertical bars.The weight of a bar itself moves the neighboring bar when carry up.Only one servo motorReduction gears make it possible to raise neighboring bar by the dropping lighter bar (lever principle)Easy to adjust the timeCaution : To be honest, making this clock is not recommended because it is very loud when bar drops. The durability of this clock is questionable because impulsive force of dropping bar will damage somewhere. No supports neededBars and long rack gears should be rotated 45deg on the build plate to fit into the printable areaAssemble them as shown in the video, using tapping screwsConnect divided bars with rods and rack gears. I used bamboo rods. Use glue here.Glue digits to the rods. Guide holes help the alignment.Please understand how the clock works before you print.
