Another Tardis design has been created upon request after making the Star Wars cover (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:136019). It was printed in Glow-in-the-Dark PLA, but would look great in dark blue too. The printing settings were at .1 layer height, 230C temperature with 2 shells. Assemble the ring and top unit using glue, ensuring smooth surfaces are joined. The ring design eliminates bridging for a cleaner print. If your switch plate is recessed into the wall, you won't need the ring, but most seem to be raised slightly requiring space behind the plate for proper installation.
