This is a hub set designed specifically for the E-flite Timber RC airplane, created by me with my dad's plane in mind. He was fed up with the hubs supplied on the original wheels cracking and breaking easily upon landing, which meant he had to replace the entire wheel set since individual hubs couldn't be replaced. Update: 6/25/2020 I've uploaded Version 2 of these hubs, which I highly recommend using for your Timber. The width of the hubs in this new version has been adjusted from 23mm in the original file to 19mm to ensure they fit snugly on the axle without any need for cutting. Version 1 may still be useful for other RC planes that require similar hub dimensions.
