This 3D model originated with Sketchup 13 before being converted into every other 3D format. Native format remains .skp, while a 3dsmax scene operates within 2016 version of 3ds Max software, rendered by Vray 3.00. An authentic old English-style residence is depicted, comprising two stories and an attic. Design goals were met to achieve the appearance of a very aged house paired with a contemporary garage extension at the rear. Orignal leaded glass windows adorn the primary building, featuring eight-foot header heights. The main floor features a living room, entry hallway, rustic country kitchen, pantry, and two-piece bathroom suite. A distinctive beamed ceiling characterizes the principal floor, while wood plank ceilings are prominent in every area. A washer-dryer unit resides within the garage. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible on the upper level, with a balcony entrance point from one of the bathrooms. The stair landing leads directly to an attic room with entry space available. Provision has been left for elevator placement where the current fountain rests. Two distinct rooms plus a connecting stairwell populate the attic area. Original-patterned wallpaper imitates antique appearance, aiming to mimic its authentic style that matches original features within this dwelling. An optional subterranean addition can also be incorporated into design plans.
