Tim visited us at the Big Bang Fair and took a 360-degree turn around our scanning rig, which comprised an impressive array of 96 DSLR cameras that captured an astonishing 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We then worked with our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data, their innovative software capable of analyzing each image and pinpointing unique features on every single one before mapping them out in precise 3D space where they appeared in multiple images.
