Tilton-style Pedal Faces for VRS DirectForce Pro
prusaprinters
These are upgraded faces for the VRS DirectForce Pro sim racing pedals, based on the real-world racing Tilton pedals. These have been designed to fit on top of the original VRS face plates and to replace or use the original mounting screw that bolts the plate to the armature. Fitting on top of the original plates provides stability and strength to these 3d-printed models, but this requires the plates to be sized up larger than the original Tilton pedals. The original M5 x 12mm screw and nut can be reused, but it may be preferable to replace the screws with M5 x 16mm.Print models on their side for greatest surface quality on the pedal faces. Depending on the bridging capability of your 3d printer, you will probably need supports. I chose to paint supports just on the top horizontal surface of the plate inset.
