UPDATE: I made an error by uploading the wrong files earlier, which has now been corrected. My apologies for the inconvenience. Note: To improve ergonomics, I trimmed the VESA-to-tripod mount so it no longer protrudes beyond the monitor case as seen in the images. ________________ To accommodate my LCD's slightly different dimensions, some modifications were made to the 7" screen enclosure, which still functions properly despite these shortcuts. The 10" Monitor tilt system was incorporated for increased adjustability, and a makeshift gorilla tripod mechanism was added for uneven display situations. However, they don't maintain their position well due to the heavy load, and I plan to address this by adding O-rings for extra friction. Please note that the hardware used in the tilt mechanism is M5-sized. Be aware that routing the wiring inside can be challenging to ensure everything closes correctly. Despite these challenges, this setup does an acceptable job as a portable display solution. I use this device to play Retropie 8-32 bit games, and I'm impressed by how well it performs on such a small screen with 1024x600 resolution. I have no regrets about choosing this resolution. To improve stability, the bottom of the feet was printed using Ninjaflex, which provides some traction but not enough to make a significant difference.
