This 3D print is designed to hold 100ml bottles (Schott) in a 45° angle. This allows the complete automatic withdrawal of liquids from the flask if the sample tube is fully inserted in the flask. Two oppenings in the print allow the attachment of an elastic band for optimal securing of the bottle. The part was originally designed for loading of lysate on Aekta (GE Healthcare, Cytiva) FPLC systems for the purpose of protein purification.
