This is my final version of dual tilt extruder. After refining my previous project in two versions, I started thinking about how to simplify the design. First, I aimed to eliminate those 2 gears and make everything more compact. Since the MG996R has a stall at around 10Kg, I decided to manage the tilt base directly from the servo. I replaced the blowers with 40mm ones. Please note that there are two blower supports, one for e3Dv5 and another for e3Dv6 heatsink. For updates, look at the bottom of this page.
