TILT Drone Arm connect remix
thingiverse
I have designed my own arm connector that matches the latest CNC edition, but made more printer-friendly. It features a wiring hole and fits steel shafts and carbon tubes included in the non-3D printing parts kit. Four 25mm M3 bolts and nuts are required to secure it. The holes are slightly larger to allow for shrinkage. They likely won't survive a crash if printed with PLA, ABS or XT materials. I'll test them in Bridge Nylon first but they might be too flexible unless printed solid. This could worsen the hole shrinkage problem. Print Settings Rafts Doesn't Matter Supports No Resolution .2mm Infill 30-100% Notes They probably need to be printed solid for better durability, but they'll still break easily in a good crash. Consider printing spares or purchasing the CNC version instead.
