Tilt carriage hypercube evolution

I throw in the towel on this design, totally unhappy with how it's working and I've got a better idea brewing to start working on :)\r\n\r\nFingers crossed this design does exactly what I want - a simple table detector sensor that's still a work in progress while I wait for my mini linear rail slide to arrive from China. I've snagged some brass screws from the local hardware store to use as the contactor surface when the rocker tilts, but I'm not thrilled with how far back the hinge point is - it might just have to do, though. I considered moving it to the center line of the hot end, but then printing the rocker would've required supports and it wouldn't have that smooth surface from the bed mirror. It's still untested.\r\n\r\n12.13.17 I'm not loving how far the nozzle has to swing to the side - I want it to be able to move up and down more easily. When my linear slide finally shows up, I may just go with that instead. For now, I'll lower the hinge point down to almost the bottom of the air duct so when it rocks the travel path is more vertically aligned. Hopefully, I can get back to it tomorrow. \r\n\r\n12.19.17 It's taking an eternity for my mini linear rail to arrive from China, so I'll keep tinkering with this swinging design. I think I've got something ready to test print. Uploading a picture of it now. The new files aren't uploaded yet - maybe this weekend if I can squeeze in some time to print it
