Tilt Base for Webcam

I'm having trouble getting the pan and tilt working with my old Logitech Orbit MP webcam on Windows 10. I've set up the webcam on its base, which allows me to easily tilt it for framing myself perfectly in shot. I've found a workaround using FDM's limitations - since it can't create smooth curves in the Z direction, I'm taking advantage of that fact. The rough surface finish of my print serves as a makeshift position lock, holding everything firmly in place. I printed this base with PETG because that was what happened to be loaded into the printer at the time; PLA would have been just fine too.
