Tile Sticker to clip into collar
thingiverse
Easy way to get a Tile Sticker tracker into your cat or small dog collar. Since the device is small, it made the most sense to try and keep it as close to the collar as possible, avoiding anything from sticking out too much. There is a little clip to get the collar fabric trough, with some patience, and once the Tile gets stuck in place it will help to keep the clip shut. Printing: Layer - Anything will do with a 0.4mm nozzle or smaller. I've printed it at 0.2 and 0.3 mm layer height. Support - Recommended touching build plate. There are some gaps on the sides to give space for the collar, but it is not too much of a bridge. Tolerance - There is a 0.25mm gap between the clip and body, and a 0.4mm gap around the clip to keep it from getting stuck. Post-printing - Not much, just remove supports and force the clip free as soon as it finishes printing to keep it from getting permanently shut.
