Tile base
thingiverse
Okay, final release! The v5 connector fits perfectly into place when you glue it onto a piece of cardboard as the tile top. I'm really looking forward to seeing what people do with these, so please share your creations :) Glue a cardboard (or 3D printed) tile on top. The connector is 1mm narrower all around but slightly taller than necessary for spacing. There are 4mm x 1mm holes in the connector and tile base for magnets, which may or may not be useful. These tiles are oversized, measuring 1.25" per square (with 4 squares per tile base) to accommodate walls and other features while still fitting 1" miniatures within a square. You can scale down X and Y if you prefer to print at 1" per square, but this will also reduce the size of the magnets.
With this file you will be able to print Tile base with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Tile base.
