These cooling ducts, as suggested by aphex3k, are designed to clip onto the hotend of a Tiko 3D printer. For more information about air pumps and silicone tubing, take a look at the Tiko Air Hose Clip, where you'll find that almost all parts and installation steps are identical. With the latest software update for the Tiko printer, it now produces a large blob at the start of each print, which may collide with the cooling ducts. To avoid this issue, simply preheat the nozzle before printing.
