Tiko Hanging Spool Holder

Tiko Hanging Spool Holder

Another Tiko spool holder upgrade. I've placed an air pump in my Tiko's original spool holder (check out the Tiko Air Hose Clip), rendering the one I created earlier useless. This new design hangs off the edge of the Tiko. On the bright side, it's easier to lift the Tiko and remove the build plate when using this version, eliminating the need to hold both the spool and printer simultaneously. On the downside, the weight is suspended from the side of the Tiko. Despite this, even my heaviest 1kg spools seem stable enough, and you can always add three more for balance. Parts Needed: * M5 hex nut - regular, non-locking type * 65mm M5 screw - use different sizes, adjust the 40mm spacer accordingly * 625 bearings - [Amazon link*, Banggood link*] Printer Details: * Eustathios Filaments Used: * Atomic Filament Transparent Silver PLA * Atomic Filament Clearance Sapphire Blue PLA Print Settings: * Supports: No * Notes: + Extrusion width: 0.5mm + Shells: 2 + Top and bottom solid layers: >= 2mm
