Simple tool used for cocking/de-cocking a Tikka T3x bolt. Allows for storing the bolt with the striker de-cocked to preserve the strength of the striker spring as well as disassembly. #### Printer Settings: (0.4mm nozzle) * PLA/PETG/ABS * 0.2 - 0.28mm layer height * 5 walls/perimeters * 3 top/bottom solid layers * 20-100% infill, gyroid infill preferred * No supports * Place side with text flat on bed #### Use instructions: 1. Remove the bolt from the rifle using the bolt release button, the bolt is in the cocked state (striker indicator protruding outward) 2. Slip the bolt tool on the striker shroud with the text on the tool facing the user, the tapered contour of the tool should match the contour of the shroud. 3. To de-cock: With one hand holding the bolt handle and the other hand holding the tool, rotate the bolt tool counter-clockwise towards the bolt handle. The striker indicator will retract and the bolt is now de-cocked (and cannot be inserted into the action). 4. To cock: Repeat the above procedure except rotate the tool clockwise away from the bolt handle. Make sure to stop at the first detent point after the ramp that cocks the striker (visible from bottom side of bolt). The bolt is now in the cocked state and can be installed in the action. 5. Rotating the tool clockwise past that detent point will allow you to slip off the striker shroud for disassembly.
