Tik Tok Award

My wife loves posting to Tik Tok, and she recently achieved a milestone in her Tik Toking journey. So, I created an award for her, which I call the Tik Tok Viral Award. When fully assembled, it stands at just over 7 inches tall. I designed this award in Vectary using a piece I found on Thingiverse, which was originally designed by Nire. You can find the link to that component below. During my design process, I made one rookie mistake when creating the award, but fortunately, I caught it before printing. I had initially intended for the Tik Tok logo to be printed separately from the rest of the award due to excessive supports, so I designed the logo with a separate print in mind. However, I accidentally made the pin and hole on the award where the logo sits identical in size, which caused the logo to shrink down to 99% of its original size when it fit perfectly. To slice this design, I used Cura and Simplify 3d. S3D had no problem slicing the awards, but the column supports would have been a hassle to remove, so I opted for Cura's tree supports instead. They worked fairly well, although in hindsight, creating the supports in MeshMixer and then sending them to S3D might have been a better approach. For the logo itself, I designed it in S3D since Cura struggled to slice it properly. When your 3D print is complete, be cautious when removing the supports as they can break easily. Since I don't own a dual extrusion printer, I use an M0 command in my script to change filaments where necessary. The lettering on the award was done using a gold paint pen from a craft store, and oil-based pens seem to work best on PLA. In my experience with 3D printing, I've found that having three slicers is the norm. I primarily use S3D for most of my projects, but I also rely on Cura when I need tree supports or if S3D is giving me trouble. If both S3D and Cura are failing to slice a project, I resort to Creality's slicer as a last resort, although it lacks custom supports and other advanced features. This is the modified award stand that I used: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:180409
