This is a super quick mini test of tolerances from 0.1 to 0.3 at 0.05 intervals. It weight less than 2 grams. Letters and triangles are inserted into a plate, each at a very specific distance from the plate: * 1: 0.1mm * triangle: 0.15mm * 2: 0.2mm * triangle: 0.25mm * 3: 0.3mm Once printed (2 walls, 2 layers bottom, 3 to 4 layers top, zero infill, 40mm/s max), you start extracting them from 3 down to 1. * If you could get all of them of except 1, you're already in a very good spot * If you get 2 off, you should be safe for most print in place projects, but being able to go down to 1.5 is better. * if even 1 is easy to get out, you either have an amasingly precise FDM printer, or you're underextruding :-)
