Tightly packed bottle (battery &c.) tray
thingiverse
A customizable bottle tray with tightly packed bottles is a game-changer in my fridge. The syrup bottle that always fell over is now kept neatly in place, thanks to this thing. It works great for all kinds of cylindrical items like rechargeable batteries, not just bottles. I added STLs for 13 or 23 AA or AAA batteries each. This design is loosely based on Ian Pegg's bottle tray and uses Tomas Ebringer's idea to add holes. The main difference is that this arranges the bottles on a hexagonal grid, making the holes between them smaller. The wall directly between the bottles is made as thin as possible, barely separating them. You can also give the tray a honeycomb look by using hexagonal instead of circular cross sections. This version now has the option for fridge coaster style grooves at the bottom. These two things are quite similar.
