Tighter - Yet Another Utility Knife
thingiverse
I made some adjustments to the blade holder so it would hold the blade more securely. The problem was that the blade was rattling around, which might have been due to its relatively thin design compared to other blades. I tightened up the holder and now it's working better. As for the cap, I found that it was too thin and the inner and outer radii weren't aligned properly, causing a gap in the walls. So, I made some modifications to thicken it up and ensure a smooth fit. By the way, I've included the SW files if you're interested in checking them out. A hobby knife that uses standard utility blades is definitely worth considering. One of its best features is that the blade can be easily reversed when it becomes dull, effectively doubling its lifespan. To make things even more convenient, no additional hardware or support material is needed. However, please exercise caution when using this cutting tool. Be careful when removing the protective cap, and keep it out of reach of children to avoid any accidents.
