Tighter T.U.S.H. & Mk2 - A Better Spool Holder

This is my own take on [TUSH - The Ultimate Spool Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554) and a few other related concepts that add guide rails. **2021-07-09** Mk2 added for use in make-your-own-drybox with wider base and room underneath for desiccant packs. You will need to print four of the Tighter TUSH.stl files and one guide of the appropriate width. You can slide the bearing mounts along the length of the guide to fit individual spools. The 85mm guide is meant for Rubbermaid-style dryboxes and can be stretched to be wider or narrower as needed without a problem. # BOM - 4x M3x16mm screws, or - 4x M3x20mm screws and 4x M3 hex nuts as well as - 4x 608ZZ bearings # Assembly - Lay one of the four pieces flat and place a bearing in each hole. - Lay another piece over the other, so the bearings are sandwiched. - Insert screws from the wider end to the looser ends and use nuts if necessary. - Assemble both guide rails. - Snap the rails in place on the guide. # Notes - Tolerances on the guide are tight, 0.15mm. Outer wall flow rate is key to determining how tightly your pieces snap in place or slide along. - The screws are supposed to insert in opposite directions, from the larger opening to the smaller.
