TIG grinder uses collet

*** experimental addon 2021/02/13*** Due to a request in the comments, I added a design for shortened collets. The holes are now 18mm or ~11/16th inch. *BUT:* This could be a fail! Why? The suiting hole of the collet is just the front one at the tip. So if you're going to shorten the collet, you need the front end. So what's the deal? If you only have the front end of a collet, you don't have the stopping thicker end. So it could be accidently pushed into the grinding wheel. So I don't recommend to use this unless you are *exactly* what to expect. ***Standard*** I wanted a TIG grinder which supports the SC545 Dremel diamond disc. Of course, usable with my Dremel 4000 (others should work here, too). The main reason why I remixed the original was: * I wanted the disc to be easier to mount * I want to use the TIG collets _**The last point has two advantages**_: You're not limited to the sizes you've printed. It's a one-fits-all solution as you can reuse parts of your TIG setup that you already have. Second thing is, you don't have to be afraid of melting your electrode into the printed guide hole, if you grind to long in one run. **Disadvantage**: It's really huge and beafy. ### Usage * Mount your Dremel onto that attachment. * Wear safety googles and a dust mask. You don't want that fine metal dust in your lungs. * Mount the disc holder (the EZ thingi) and your disc as advised in the Dremel manual. * Put in the collet which fits to your electrode size in the angle you want to have. * Turn on the Dremel and let the electrode gently touch the rotating disc while turning the electrode slowly. There you are. Sharp electrodes.
