This is a multi-level hanging planter that can be hung indoors or outdoors. It's designed to hang each planter box above the next, allowing you to create longer rows by placing them side by side. There are two types of planter boxes: one with holes in the bottom and another without. This lets you stack the planter boxes on top of each other, with only the bottom one lacking holes. When watering it, the water will drip down through each successive planter box until it reaches the bottom one which has no holes. Make sure to plant good drainage material at the bottom of the planter for proper drainage. If you're using this outdoors, you can use all planter boxes with holes and let them drain freely to the ground. <u><b>Mounting:</b></u> To hang on a wall or wood backer, attach the hanger strip with small recessed screws. Then slide the back of the planter box onto the hanger strip. If mounting outdoors, you can hang a piece of welded wire mesh (usually 2”x4” squares) and simply hang the boxes off the wire row. Since the mesh squares are smaller than the width of the planter box, align the notch on the back of the planter to the vertical wire of the mesh and straddle two boxes. <u><b>Printing With and Without Supports:</b></u> I dislike printing with supports, so I designed a version of the two planters with internal braces that extend across the inside bottom of the planter boxes. This allows me to get a decent print without using supports.
