Tiered Plastic Utility Cart Replacement Shelf Pipes 12mm
prusaprinters
I buy a lot of returned or damaged items to repair and use, and I recently scored a 2-pack of 2-tiered snap-together utility shelves. I didn't want two short shelves because that's too much floor or counter space. I turned it into a 4-tier shelf or cart with this quick design! You may want to download this if you:Like the idea of combining two small utility shelves like meFind yourself with a broken or missing shelf support you need to replace to save money on a new cart and keep waste out of our landfillsNeed your 2-Tier, 3-Tier, or 4-Tier rolling cart to be just a smidge shorter…without cutting down existing pipesPrefer to customize or hack your stock purchases to match your style (Hoping to see makes with colored legs!)Need a different height? I included the 3mf file in case you want to adjust the height to suit your needs. Should be a simple Z adjustment with Uniform Scale unchecked. You could also use this if the shelf holes on your cart are a different size. This is my first published model – and it's very simple. So simple I designed it with two shapes inside Bambu Studio! I'm still proud to share this with anyone else who needs it since one of my goals is to repair and repurpose. Printed on my Bambu Lab X1C with:PLA (GratKit regular PLA in white shown, consider PETG, ABS, or CF if you use that and need more strength or UV resistance)0.4mm nozzle0.2mm Strength layer height preset in Bambu Studio customized to 5 wall loops100% Rectilinear Infill (probably almost no infill anyway but I wanted those walls solid)Brim on and bumped up to 10 mm for extra adhesion with these tall, skinny parts
