Tiered Plant Stand

Wanted the IKEA Satsumas tiered plant stand but they were out of stock so decided I could try and make some. This project uses 1 1/8" diameter wooden dowels. I bought 3 48" rods and cut them in half to make 2 stands. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: CR-10 Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20% Filament: Snapmaker PLA White Notes: Used quick settings from this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kW9SnK4LKc&t=387s but changed the top, bottom, and walls to 4 layers and the infill to 20%. Saves a lot of time and the models are sturdy. Post-Printing The supports and plant holders have countersunk holes to drill screws into the rods. Place the supports over the rods and get them in the position you would like and use the holes to drill pilot holes in the rod. I then used 1 1/8" drywall screws to anchor the supports. Do the same with the plant holders. Recommend either painting the screw heads the color of your filament before drilling or finding screws that match the color. Black screws on the white plastic stands out a bit. Fairly easy to put it all together. Didn't bother measuring where to put the pieces on the rod, just eyeballed it and it turned out fine. I provided some feet for the rods as well, but didn't use them in my setup. Category: Decor
