Tiedown point for hydroponic / aeroponic garden towers

thingiverse

After printing out and building a aeroponic / hydroponic garden tower based on these two systems: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405964 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5890740 I found out that I would like to have a tiedown point on the top lid so I could fix a rope connected to a beam or hook in the ceiling above to avoid it from tipping over. (It is a bit windy at my place). Instead of modifying the cover plate, I decided to just make a separate attachment point that could be glued in place. This thing was designed quickly in Fusion 360. Can be printed without any supports. I printed this in PLA+ with 40 % infill and wallcount of 4. This should provide adequate strength as it doesn't need to hold the complete weight, only provide adequate stability / support. Based on attaching to any flat surface with a proper and suitable glue. I have good experience with Revell Contacta Professional for PLA.
