I modified the outstanding model created by joe12765, addressing some shortcomings, stripping it of all internal components, and transforming it into a lightweight 2mm shell for faster printing times. I added size options for adults and 9-year-old heads. By consolidating the design from 8 separate parts to just 2 (the red and silver sections are combined, but I had to halt the print mid-way due to filament depletion), this model requires a generous 300mm x 300mm print bed space. The face section printed smoothly without supports, although I chose to use them on the rear portion for added stability. The kid's version features eye holes cut out, whereas the adult design does not. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to revisit and add eyes to the adult model at this point. As a workaround, you can easily scale up the kids' version by 15-20% to accommodate adults.
