I took an outstanding model created by joe12765, plugged some gaps, eliminated all internal frameworks, and transformed it into a 2mm shell to minimize weight and printing time. I provided size options for adults and for a 9-year-old's head. I condensed the design from 8 separate pieces down to just 2 (the red + silver are a single part, but the print ran out of filament midway), though it does necessitate a 300mm x 300mm print bed. The face printed smoothly without supports, but I used them on the back half. The kid's version has the eyes cut out, while the adult's doesn't. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back and modify the adult's design without eyes right now. You could simply scale up the kids' version by 15-20%.
