TIE Fighter Drone Propeller Blades

TIE Fighter Drone Propeller Blades

prusaprinters

A set of spare blades for a TIE Fighter Quadcopter Drone, like the one shown on the photo (I don't know the manufacturer nor the brand). The original replacement parts are notoriously hard to find, so I constructed them myself.

The blades geometry is pretty much similar to the original, but they are made slightly thicker for strength.

Printed at 0.05mm in PET. Still trying to find the best orientation for printing, but until now I gained the best results by printing it upside-down, so the axis shaft faces upwards. Perhaps the best option would be printing it on an SLA printer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure the propeller blades are properly installed:

Front Right = A

Front Left = B

Rear Right = B

Rear Left = A
Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.15

Filament:
Prusa PET

Category: Toy & Game Accessories
