TIE Fighter Drone Propeller Blades

TIE Fighter Drone Propeller Blades

I'm sharing a set of spare blades for my TIE Fighter Quadcopter Drone, similar to the one shown in this photo - I'm not sure who made or branded it. The original replacement parts are notoriously difficult to find, so I designed and built them myself. The new blades have a geometry that's pretty close to the originals, but they're slightly thicker for added strength. Printed at 0.15mm with ABS material, they've been smoothed in acetone for extra durability. I'm still experimenting to find the best orientation for printing - so far, I've had my best results by printing them at a 45° angle, where one blade tip touches the bed and the other is pointing up. It's not the strongest option, but it works well in terms of symmetry and thickness consistency.
