Tidal 55 sponge holder/ Baffle

I liked the original, but wanted to make it a bit easier to print, and a bit more sturdy so it will hopefully last longer.I wanted to also make room for a sponge to slow the flow...I have the 55 on a 10 gallon, so as you can imagine, it blows the fish out of the tank on the lowest setting.I added my cura settings with my support settings. You want support for the lip and the little slot but nothing else.
