Ticwatch c2 charger stand

Ticwatch c2 charger stand

A stand for the Ticwatch c2 charger with a bit of a cool floating effect. The arm looks thin but is quite strong printed with PLA. Cable is hidden and routed to the back which makes orienting the watch when charging easier. The stand is printed in three parts and then needs to be superglued together. I designed this stand to be able to route the cable through the whole construction after it is glued and fully assembled. The cable is a snug fit in the channels but I recommend using something like a dab of hot glue at the end in the bottom to secure the cable a little better and I would also recommend some double-sided tape on the underside of the charger to ensure that it does not move when removing the watch from the stand. I used different settings for printing each of the parts but feel free to try another configuration. Printer settings for each part: Top part: Printed with 0.12mm layer height and with 60% infill to get a lot of detail. I used supports to ensure that the parts fit together better. Arm: Printed with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill to make it as strong as possible. No supports needed. Bottom part: Printed with 0.2mm layer height and 40% infill. Supports are strongly supported because of the overhangs.
