The model is superb for video animation purposes as it exhibits intricate detail and dimensions. It comes with pre-applied textures and materials in various formats. Designed in a WWII configuration, this model features animateable 40MM anti-aircraft guns, 20mm anti-aircraft guns, and four twin-mounted 5"38 caliber guns in turrets. It also has radar and radio antennas, with the former being animated. The screws, rudder, and elevator are animatable as well. With excellent rendering and animation techniques, these models appear realistic and are based on Ticonderoga-class fleet aircraft carriers of the United States Navy, which consisted of 14 ships. All ships from this class were decommissioned, with most in the 1970s and Shangri La in the late 1980s.
