Ticket To Ride - Card Holder
thingiverse
I started playing Ticket To Ride and found it a fantastic board game! I struggled to keep all the train cards and tickets organized, as they can quickly pile up, so I decided to design a card holder for the tickets to easily glance at them throughout the game. The holder can also be used for the score summary card or any other card, really... I printed sample holders with a single-extruder printer, switching filament colors several times to give the finished result a more vibrant, multi-colored appearance. The holder looks great in monochrome too, another clever idea is printing a few (5 or 6 per player for two-player games) in the same color as the trains and stations. I hope this is helpful! I used my Arduino Materia 101 printer to print the holders, with the following settings: No rafts were needed, no supports were necessary, a resolution of 0.20 mm was set, and an infill percentage of 20% was chosen.
