Tick pincers (tweezers)
thingiverse
I have a poodle named Ajsha who occasionally develops a tick and I always struggle to remove it intact. To successfully extract the tick, I required normally-closed tweezers, so I designed a custom pair specifically for my 3D printer. Before use, it's essential to set the pincers in the working position as demonstrated in the video provided. It's highly recommended to prepare the tweezers beforehand because the pincers are stressed and their tension will gradually relax over time. To maintain optimal tension, store the tweezers in the unused position when not in use. However, the designed tension should remain sufficient for tick removal for an extended period, likely several years at room temperature.
