Tic-Tac-Toe Machine Enclosure I'll add the link to electronics and assembly guide when I post it. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Medium Infill: 20% Notes: Print the box upside-down and lid with wider side down, no rafts or supports needed. I used a 15mm wide skirt that touches the modes to minimize the risk of peeling off the plate due to its size. If your printer is well-tuned, you won't need this precaution. Kapton tape adds a glossy finish to the top and bottom, which looks great with arcade buttons. Post-Printing No finishing required; simply use a knife to remove the skirt if you used it. Tic-Tac-Toe Machine in Action How I Designed This I designed this enclosure using Autodesk 123D Design. See the attached model for more details. The enclosure is quite tight, so if you want an easier assembly process, make the box taller. P.S. I printed seven prototype pieces before getting it right. My last run was also a prototype because the chamfer on screw holes was too low, and I had to use a knife to adjust it before updating the model.
