Replacement battery pack for vintage TI calculators such as the SR-50A uses a TI BP-1 battery pack, which holds three AA batteries - either rechargeable NiCad or NiMH, or regular Alkaline. The contacts are crafted from 0.5mm solid copper wire salvaged from CAT5 network cable. After printing, clean out the wire holes using a 0.5mm drill bit, then thread the wires as shown in the attached picture. Make an 'X' at the contacts to ensure a secure battery connection.
