I have built these multicolored signs to attach them to the lockers using 2x2x2mm neodymium magnets. This way, the affected person can directly see if they are on duty or not, because further documentation is still missing. The magnets are simply tapped in with a hammer and left slightly protruding. Regarding the letter: The letter indicates that mail has been inserted into the postboxes (of the new two-part lockers), since it is commonly known that these compartments are not often checked.
