Thunderbirds cookie cutters
thingiverse
Thunderbirds are ready for takeoff! All five main Thunderbirds vehicles have been transformed into cookie/biscuit cutter molds, precision-printed using PLA in their exact colors. To ensure these models would work as intended, I carefully printed test versions and enlisted the help of my nephew to try them out in the kitchen. Now it's your turn to have fun with these fantastic cutters! Print Settings: * Printer: Malyan M180 * Rafts: No rafts were used * Supports: None needed * Resolution: 0.3mm for crisp details * Infill: 20% infill density, but feel free to adjust as needed Important Notes: For best results, the thinnest walls should be at least 1.2mm thick. If you notice gaps in your prints, try reprinting with additional perimeter shells or gently soften the part with a lighter flame and pinch the shells together. How I Designed These Cutters: I used 2D drawings as a starting point, carefully tracing around them to create the shapes. Then, I added numbers and other details slightly recessed from the outline, ensuring they would indent into the dough/mix.
