THUNDER CAP Airsoft Sound Grenade

This is my design of airsoft sound grenade. It is an impact grenade and very fun to use in indoor field. It is reusable and waaaay cheaper than aftermarket sound grenade that uses co2 or green gas. Check the whole assembly on my youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kylNgc4gzas Components needed: - 1" PVC tube (outer diameter : 32mm, inner diameter : 27mm), length : 60mm OR you can print the tube - M5 60mm screw - M2 20mm screw - M4 20mm screw - M5 nut (2 pcs) - M4 nut - M4 washer - Safety pin made with paper clip and key ring - Spring OD: 14mm, ID: 12mm, length: 50mm - Standard toy ring caps Assembly instruction : - glued 2 pcs "sok" on both end of PVC tube. If you print the "integrated tube", you don't need to print the "sok" - plug the "head" to the "top cap" and secure it with super glue - put the "latch" on top cap assembly and secure it with M2 screw - screw the M4 to the "base cap" and secure it with M4 nut and washer - screw the "counterweight" to the very end of M5 with smaller profile goin upward, secure it with a little drop of super glue - screw the "hammer" to the M5 and secure it with 2 pcs M5 nut on both end You need to superglued the head on top caps. I already tried to print those in single part, but it keeps breaking due to thin layer adhesion. Therefore, it is better to separate those two parts and bond them with superglue
