Thunder B airsoft grenade shell

This is a prototype replacement shell for the Thunder B airsoft grenade, its fillet dimensions fit perfectly on my grenade, just make sure to print the filet with a low layer height like 0.1/0.5 for a better seal and fit. You will need the best layer adhesion possible for obvious leakage prevention. Also, play with the infill and the shells amount to change the properties of the grenade but avoid printing only one shell; it won't explode then. I haven't tested the shell yet, so it may work or backfire completely - this is 3D printing after all. You're the manufacturer, so use extreme care and expertise when making the shell, depending on your materials, it could become extremely hazardous. Never approach a grenade that hasn't exploded; wait awhile for the gas to escape safely.
