Thumbwheel for helloBEEprusa M3 nyloc nuts
pinshape
This is a revised version of thing:39459, tailored to fit the helloBEEprusa bed leveling nylocs perfectly. The dimensions are slightly too precise, so you may need to file down the outside edges to avoid colliding with the printer frame while the bed is in motion. I made some adjustments to the SCAD values: knob_height = 5.2; knob_diameter = 8.0; knurl_count = 4; knurl_diameter = (knob_diameter * pi) / knurl_count; nut_width_flats = 5.50; The reuploaded SCAD has minimal changes to make this thing customizable, but it's not working perfectly yet (the nut hexagon isn't being subtracted). If you figure out why it works in openSCAD but not on thingiverse, please leave a comment. All credit goes to andygock for his outstanding work.
